Vintage Park at Fredonia is a beautiful building offering 27 apartments ranging in size from approximately 225 square feet to 280 square feet.  These are beautiful suites with large closets and bathrooms with showers. Every aspect of Vintage Park was designed with you in mind. Richly carpeted and draped, your personal apartment is ready for you to fill with your treasured memories and furniture from your home.  Specially designed to promote your independence, your apartment also features an individually controlled heating and air conditioning unit.

You are invited to enjoy three relaxing and nourishing meals each day with us or help yourself to a piece of fruit or cookie from our kitchen snack bar any time you wish. Laughter is a common affair in the main dining and living area. Bright and cheerful, this area encourages you to participate in a wide array of activities from card playing to great conversations by the fireplace. However, our back family area is great to enjoy a spiritual service, chat with friends or watch your favorite sitcom. This area also hosts an array of books for your reading enjoyment. Our beauty shop is located just off the main dining area and becomes a great gathering place for camaraderie and friendship.
